Why would anyone choose the Flat Rate pricing option?

Simply put: it's usually cheaper!

The more our pricing is based on performance incentives, the more risk we take on, and we do expect to be rewarded from taking more risk.

Typically we see an average of 15% higher service charge for Flat Rate + Performance over Flat Rate, and a 30% higher service charge for Performance Only over Flat Rate Only.
